All Reedfly accommodations have a minimum 7-night stay.

Due to popular demand, all accommodations require rebooking upon a cancellation and a $75.00 cancellation fee in order to ensure a refund.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days’ notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your home, a full or partial refund will be made.

If you are arriving or leaving outside normal hours, self-check-in is also available. Late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and fees.

All cabins and homes require 50% deposit at time of booking with the remainder billed the day before check-in. The deposit is refundable (less a $75.00 processing fee) only if the cabin or home is re-booked. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Housekeeping is provided before your stay, and weekly, for longer stays. More frequent cleaning can be arranged, subject to availability and fees.

We kindly ask that you inform us if you will be adding additional guests to your reservation and that the guest count matches the maximum number of guests that house will accommodate. Additional guests that exceed the house maximum will be charged $250 per night, per person.

Our lodging is family and children friendly. Please note that our accommodations may not be suitable for children under the age of five.

Reedfly prohibits smoking in the accommodations and on the property.

We love our furry friends, but no pets are allowed at Reedfly.

Should any damage or breakage occur, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible and we will assess the fee.

"Stunning Location, Beautiful Lodge & Lovely Hosts"

We stayed in The Brown Trout Suite for 3 nights at the end of June. The place is just beautiful in every way from the bedding & towels to the stunning views from every window & the deck. Robin met us on arrival & showed us around, she had also thoughtfully provided bread, butter, eggs & a bottle of local wine for us which was a lovely surprise. Later in our stay she also left us cookies on the door step 🙂

We had covered a lot of miles prior to our arrival so spent our first day around the lodge, walking down to the ponds where we saw baby otters & loads of birds, & sitting in the chairs on the river bank with a stunning view of Emigrant Peak. It was just so peaceful & tranquil & served as a much needed rest. In the evenings & early mornings we saw deer in the meadow next to the lodge & were also treated to the sight of two fawns which were absolutely adorable.

We had selected Reedfly Lodge as a base to spend a full day in Yellowstone away from the crowds & overpopulated accommodations within the park. Within an easy 30min drive we were in the park & it was so nice to leave the hordes of travelers there & retreat to the tranquility of Reedfly Lodge.

We ate locally 2 of the 3 nights of our stay & both places were fine. Choice is fairly limited unless you want to travel a few miles but again Robin provided us with a list of places in easy reach & to be honest when you’re staying amid such natural beauty food becomes very secondary! There was also a washer & dryer available for guest use which after a week on the road was a godsend!!

I always thoroughly research our vacation choices & Reedfly Lodge was everything I hoped for & if we are back in that area we will definitely return. The attention to detail in everything from the furnishings to the thoughtfulness of the hosts is exemplary & we so appreciated it all.

Thank you so much Robin for your hospitality & thoughtfulness & I sincerely hope we can return some day 🙂
