Come join us at Reedfly Farm, dare we say, the most magnificent place on earth. Our cabins are open year round with private access to the Yellowstone River, and the only open entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
Housekeeping is provided before and after your stay but more frequent cleaning can be arranged, subject to availability and fees.
Our lodging is family and children-friendly. Please note that our accommodations may not be suitable for children under the age of five.
Minimum two night stay for Brown Trout, Cutbow Suite and Eagle’s Nest during the Fall and Winter (October through April) and three nights during Spring and Summer (May through September). A minimum of three nights for The Trout House during the Fall and Winter (October through April), four nights during the Spring and Summer (May through September).
Due to popular demand, all cabin/vacation homes require rebooking upon a cancellation and a $75.00 cancellation fee in order to ensure a refund.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your home, a full or partial refund will be made.

Check in: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Check out: 11:00am.
If you are arriving or leaving outside normal hours, self check-in is also available. Late check out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and fees.
All cabins and homes require 50% deposit at time of booking with the remainder billed the day before check-in. The deposit is refundable (less a $75.00 processing fee) only if the cabin or home is re-booked. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We kindly ask that you inform us if you will be adding additional guests to your reservation and that the guest count matches the maximum number of guests that house will accommodate. Additional guests that exceed the house maximum will be charged $250 per night, per person.
To respect the comfort and enjoyment of all (guests and wildlife), please keep voice levels and other noises (loud TV volume, door slams, and late night conversations) to a minimum starting at 10pm.
For additional tranquility, White Noise machines are available upon request.
Reedfly Farm, Lodge and Cabins are smoke free environments.
Bringing a pet? Pet allergies? Let us know. We love our furry friends, as well as those who are allergic to them. Please contact us directly if you are bringing your four-legged buddy so we can confirm that your preferred cabin is pet-friendly. We charge a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 per stay/per dog for dogs under 50 pounds.
Should any damage or breakage occur, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible and we will assess the fee.
